Puff pastry wreath with brie and Cranberry sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry 
  • Small wheel of Brie
  • 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • Handful of pistachio nuts 
  • 1 egg to glaze 

Method

  1. Lightly score around a bowl to make the centre ring shape. 
  2. Place sliced Brie, sauce and rest of ingredients in a circle shape 
  3. Make cuts in the pastry and fold over (see the video to see how) 
  4. Glaze with beaten egg and bake for 20 mins on 200.
