For when you want your dessert messy, melty, crunchy, and yummy all at once!
Ingredients
2 biscuits or cookies
1 or 2 Dandies® Vegan Marshmallows (don’t be shy)
1–2 squares of chocolate (the good stuff—like 70% or darker, because you’re fancy)
A stick, a skewer, or anything long and flameproof
Instructions
1. Start a fire. Campfire, grill, stovetop flame, or a dramatic candle—whatever gets your marshmallow toasty.
2. Skewer your marshmallow(s). Hold it over the flame and roast to perfection. This means golden brown with a hint of singe, not full cremation (unless you’re into that kind of chaos).
3. Stack it up. Lay a chocolate square on one biscuit or cookie, plop your hot marshmallow on top, and cap it with the other biscuit or cookie. Press gently until the whole thing oozes that sweet s’mores goodness.
4. Pause. Admire your masterpiece!
5. Eat immediately. Try not to make too much eye contact while doing so. Things are about to get gooey and delicious. Have a napkin on standby!
