Ever dreamt of mastering Gordon’s legendary scrambled eggs in your kitchens but weren’t sure how to? Don’t worry – we’ve got you covered! And the best part? Gordon’s secret ingredient in this recipe is the rich, delicious taste of Flora.

Ready to create something truly egg-conic? Here’s how to make his famous, creamy scrambled eggs, step by step!

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 15g Flora salted
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Flora 31%
  • Chopped chives

Method:

  • Crack open 4 eggs and add about three cubes of Flora salted (at room temperature) to a cold pan.
  • Season with pepper.
  • Turn on high heat and start stirring (don’t whisk) the egg and butter mixture with a spatula:
  • Flora will slowly start to melt.
  • Repeat this process, taking the pan with eggs on and off the heat, while stirring. Repeat this for 3 minutes.
  • Add in the last minute Flora 31% to the mixture and keep stirring.
  • Season with salt.
  • You will get a creamy scrambled egg texture.
  • Add chopped chives to the mixture for the final touch.

Psst here’s a special tip:
The trick is to add eggs & Flora to a cold pan and heat it up slowly – taking it on and off the heat to cook eggs & melt Flora slowly, to get it to the perfect creamy texture.
