Peanut Butter Hot Cocoa

Ingredients:

Makes 2-3 servings

  • 3 cups non-dairy milk
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate or vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • handful of Dandies® Marshmallows or Dandies® Mini Marshmallows for topping

Method:

  • 1. In a saucepan turned on low heat, whisk together all the hot chocolate ingredients.
  • 2. Once thoroughly combined and heated, pour into mugs and top with Dandies®.
  • 3. Up your game by drizzling on some additional peanut butter! The longer it sits the thicker it gets. If you prefer a thinner hot chocolate, you can add more non-dairy milk to reach the desired consistency.
