This oozy cheese crown recipe, makes it easy to create the theatre and experience for your customers when dining in. Santa Maria cheese sauce screams indulgence – all your customers will need to decide is how to eat it. Pick it up and get messy or knife & fork it. It’s a classic recipe with a twist, which is perfect for creating thumb stopping content on social channels.

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

1 Brioche bun
2 Quarter pounder beef burgers
25g Santa Maria Bourbon BBQ sauce
25g Shredded iceberg
25g Thinly slice tomato
10g Pickled red onion
10g Cooked smokey bacon
20g Santa Maria Cheese Sauce

Method

  1. Toast the bun, cook burgers as per instructions
  2. Warm cheese sauce, cook bacon and smear Santa Maria Bourbon BBQ Sauce on the bun
  3. Add the lettuce, tomato, burger, bacon, Santa Maria Cheese sauce and red onion.
  4. In a stainless-steel ring top with 60g Santa Maria Cheese Sauce
