Ingredients:
Makes 2-3 servings
- 3 cups non-dairy milk
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate or vegan chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- handful of Dandies® Marshmallows or Dandies® Mini Marshmallows for topping
Method:
- 1. In a saucepan turned on low heat, whisk together all the hot chocolate ingredients.
- 2. Once thoroughly combined and heated, pour into mugs and top with Dandies®.
- 3. Up your game by drizzling on some additional peanut butter! The longer it sits the thicker it gets. If you prefer a thinner hot chocolate, you can add more non-dairy milk to reach the desired consistency.
